I'm talking to you from a relaxingcouldn't bel camping next to the beach, after a LOOOOOOOOOONG, exhausting and marvelous day going round and round some tiny and bright little islands here in Greece :)

The water is sooo clean and clear that you can even imagine..

I found so many things when I was going scuba diving ( YEAH! i was U.u )!! Here there are:

One BANANA, Two BANANA, three BANANA, Four!!

Just writing to say sorry for my English when I explain the recipes, but I'm making a great effort... I suppose ;D


SO! I seize the opportunity to talk about my last Saturday - Cake - Night !!


I was with some friends, and we decided to carry out an experiment: use a Fluffy and Sweet Banana cream to fill a soft and mouthwatering chocolate cake. I'm sorry that I don't have the original photos, but you can use your imagination ;)

So, lets begin with the chocolate sponge-cake recipe :) I found it recently, and I'm very satisfied with it!

ICE CREAM COOKIES

So, here we are :D
Lets begin with something really easy that i have done with some friends ;)
I think that everybody knows how to make butter cookies, or not? If not, we can refresh our memory ;)

Take..

•  400g flour
• 200g sugar
• 150g soft butter
• 2 eggs

PREHEAT THE OVEN AT 200°C

In a bowl beat the yolk  with the sugar. In an other bowl beat the egg whites until they become light and fluffy. Then add the flour to the yolk and only after add also the egg whites. Whisk it well and gently. Now you can add the soft butter, continue mixing. Now you can have some buscuits having this ice cream shape.

Aren't they cute? :D

 Now, put them in the oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until they turn light brown.










Now it's your turn to decorate them!
